Pleasantview Gem Inn - Grand Harbor Kay

The proposed site plan envisions a private luxury waterfront resort integrated within a larger mixed-use environment shared with a shopping center constructed in 2015 and a future theater scheduled for completion beginning in the second quarter of 2028. Environmental stewardship and sensitive site design were key planning principles, ensuring that building placement, landscape features, and amenities preserve scenic views and minimize impacts on adjacent properties.
